Time to Give Back with the “12 Hours of Salvation” Toy Drive
The 26th annual “12 Hours of Salvation” toy drive is almost here! Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall and the Salvation Army of Winnebago want every child to open a gift this Christmas. We can’t do it alone so we’re hoping you have little left to give this holiday season.
Your family, office, or social group can make a difference for local families in need when you donate new, unwrapped toys. Shop early and drop it off here at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall anytime between now and Dec. 1st. We make it easy to collect toys from you.
You can buy toys online and ship them straight to us at 7070 Cherryvale N. Blvd in Rockford, IL. Every bit counts as we aim to have more donations than ever before! Your donation is sure to put a smile on a child’s face who otherwise might not have a gift to unwrap on Christmas Day.

Don’t forget to mark your calendar for Friday, December 1st. Join us from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. as we gather all your donations and share in a lot of holiday spirit. The giant tree surrounded by thousands of toys will remind everyone what this season is all about. Rockford’s Country Q98.5, 96.7 the Eagle, and 97 ZOK will be here for the fun as 13 WREX broadcasts live throughout the day. It’s easier than ever before to make a difference with online shopping, a virtual red kettle, and more. Help us spread the word and support your local Salvation Army with us!
